Sugar can be both a need and necessity for the body as much as it can be a negativity as well. Clean eating does not have to a huge sacrifice, we tend to take the rout of fitness and health as a diet or plan. When we need to c consider it more of a lifestyle change. Just because a person Is now choosing to change aspects about nutrition, health or their mind it does not mean they sacrifice everything they love and enjoy.
